VISA Power is establishing a 1,200 MW Coal-based Independent Power Plant at Raigarh in Chhattisgarh with development of captive Coal mines and a 1,320 MW Coal-based Independent Power Plant at Cuttack in Orissa. The Company also plans to set up Power Projects in Gujarat and Jharkhand. VISA Power is active in the power trading business and plans to foray into renewable energy in the near future.

VISA Resources is active in international trading, shipping and logistics of bulk industrial raw materials and products. The Company is active in the trading of energy products such as steam coal, coking coal and LAM coke; and minerals and metals such as iron ore, chrome ore, ferro chrome, pig iron, bauxite and alumina. VISA Resources has investments in mining assets and is also active in shipping and logistics.
