Mr. Agarwal has over 12 years experience in the iron & steel industry with hands on experience of setting up greenfield projects, having successfully established the plants at Golagaon and Kalinganagar. He is responsible for overall management of operations and projects and is the driving force behind many of the Company’s strategy, finance, marketing and human resource initiatives. He holds a Bachelors degree in Economics from the London School of Economics and a Masters degree in Economics for Development from Oxford University. He is a Committee Member of the CII – Eastern Region Council and Indian Chamber of Commerce.

Mr. Modi is a Mechanical Engineer from National Institute of Technology, a Post Graduate Diploma holder in Industrial Engineering and an MBA from the Institute of Business Management, Madras. He has several decades of rich experience in the field of Design, Project Management and Operation. He has worked at Bokaro Steel Plant, Bhilai Steel Plant, MECON and was former Managing Director of Neelachal Ispat Nigam Ltd., Kalinganagar.

Mr. P. R. Bose is a B.Sc. (Chemical Engineering) from REC, Rourkela, with specialisation in Advanced Coke Oven Operation from VAIS, Austria. He brings with him around 33 years of rich experience in Coke Oven Operation. He previously held the position of Dy. General Manager in SAIL/Rourkela and General Manager, SISCOL/JSW. He is currently responsible for the overall operation of various Plants like Coke Oven, Blast Furnace, Ferro Chrome, DRI & Captive Power Plant of Kalinganagar works.

Mr. Digga has been a core member of the Group’s Finance and Accounts team since 1995 and is responsible for the Company’s financial strategy. He oversees the finance and accounting functions. He has also played a vital role in mobilising funds for the expansion projects of VISA Steel.

Mr. Kumar, a mechanical engineer, possesses rich experience in the domestic and international procurements for the iron and steel industry, having honed it in Tata Steel and Jindal Steel & Power before joining the Company. Currently, he is heading Company’s ongoing projects at Kalinganagar.

With having a rich experience in the Legal, Commercial, Regulatory Compliance and Corporate Governance domains, Ms Giri is responsible for Company’s all compliances with regulatory authorities like SEBI, Stock Exchanges, Listing Agreements and ensuring compliance with all legal and statutory requirements. Ms Giri, a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, is the Company Secretary of the Company.
